  • Job responsibilities:

    1 project technical support in the region. Pre sales support: guide customers to design the experiment, prepare samples, provide interpretation and other related technical problems; after sales support, guide customers to use the software, exchange data analysis and results verification, answer questions and other relevant technical issues of customer data;

    2 for the customer to test the results of the query and the service complaints, should be serious analysis, effective solution;

    3 assist in sales promotion in the region, including small and medium sized technical seminars, product presentations, customer visits, etc.;

    4 to accept the technical and product training headquarters, after finishing the analysis to the regional sales staff to carry out effective training and organizational assessment;

    5 real-time understanding of tracking industry technology and application of the frontier of the dynamic, reading literature, timely and technical support and other regional technical support and other areas to share discussions, regular organization of regional sales staff to learn and organize assessment;

    6 summarize the typical projects and share the discussion with the technical support and other regional technical support;

    Qualification:

    2 Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, biology, agriculture, etc.;

    2 have some knowledge about the technology and application of the bio chip or DNA sequencing;

    3 diligent in thinking, good at learning, can solve various problems encountered in the process of work actively;

    4 strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, thinking quickly;
